Introduction

Hello everyone who is reading this!

I imagine if you are reading this you are interested in the sponsored bike ride I plan to do in April 2007. This is from the Andes to the Amazon in Peru to raise money for Epilepsy Action and will be a huge challenge for me!

I have attached links to charity challenge which is the organisation I am doing this challenge through, Epilepsy Action so you can see which charity I am raising money for and also a link to the itinery for the challenge. I will also give updates on my fitness and fundraising so you can all see how I am getting on and give me a kick up the bum if you don't think I'm doing enough!
